Transfer Round up

Hey guys,

Mark here and today I am going to show you all the latest transfers so lets begin:
Only a few days after dismissing reports he could join Internacional as 'just rumours', Diego Forlan has signed a three-year contract with the Brazilian club afer the Uruguayan striker's deal with Inter Milan was cancelled

Hull City stalwart Andy Dawson has ended the uncertainty about his future by signing a new one-year contract and he is delighted to be spending another season at the KC Stadium.

Peterborough United have signed Nathaniel Mendez-Laing on a permanent basis after a previous loan spell at London Road. The winger has joined on a three-year contract for an undisclosed fee from Wolves.

Reading are keeping one eye on the future and have signed Pierce Sweeney from League of Ireland side Bray Wanderers. The teenage centre-half has cost an undisclosed fee and was recently linked with Everton.

Hartlepool United have bolstered their squad for next season by signing Simon Waltonafter the midfielder was released by Plymouth Argyle.

In addition to holding talks with Derby County over a loan deal for Ross Atkins, Burton Albion have also taken Rochdale defender Marcus Holness on trial.

Fresh from agreeing a three-year contract to rejoin Middlesbrough, defender Jonathan Woodgate is hoping he can help the club to return to the Premier League. A smart move for Woodgate as age is not on his side.

Birmingham City have received a boost after goalkeeper Colin Doyle signed a new one-year contract at St Andrew's

More news on Matthew Lowton's move to Aston Villa from Sheffield United and the defender says he has fulfilled a 'childhood dream' in finalising a transfer to the Premier League

understand Reading are lining up a surprise move to bring Nicky Shorey back to the club. Shorey is available on a free transfer after leaving West Brom

I also understand Manchester United defender Ezekiel Fryers has agreed a deal to join Tottenham after snubbing a new deal at Old Trafford. Fryers is expected to sign a four-year deal at White Hart Lane

These are just a few stories I have for you today

Robin Van Persie no longer at Arsenal

Hello Football fans,

Breaking news has come from the Arsenal RVP will not be renewing his contract at the club. The Dutch striker is linked with a few top European clubs such as Real Madrid and Barcelona along with numerous Italian clubs.

This is not a surprise to me as arsenal need to improve and win titles to encourage players to join.

Thanks for reading, Leave me your thoughts on the matter below
